Our organization supports over 100 different groups during the year and contribute close to $1,000,000 in in-kind advertising to area clubs, non-profit organizations and cultural groups each year.

Prior to requesting support, we ask you to have the following information available so we can make the best decisions possible to allocate our resources to assist diverse groups across the region.

Please consider - Charitable Angle - How does our support of your cause benefit the market at large? Who do you serve? Does your event/promotion target a large audience or a very narrow one? Please fill this out even if it seems obvious.

In years past, we've contributed to causes that fall in 5 categories:

- Education / Literacy

- Serving Children

- Health & Human Services (all ages)

- Culture & Diversity

- Community (other)

Timing - we need at least 4 weeks notice to approve, process and schedule donations

Value - we need some indication of what you are hoping to get: a value or a specific number of ads in one of our products.

Budget - if you have a budget to spend on promotions, we need to know what that is - preference is given to matching deals (buy one, get one free)

Product Mix - It's helpful to be familiar with our products if you're asking for promotional support.

- Bajo El Sol - Spanish-language weekly newspaper

- Super Shopper - weekly free shopper magazine

- Marketplace - hundred of Classified ads, delivered weekly to non-subscribers.

Sponsor Recognition - Please specify how you recognize sponsors at your event or during the year to the market at large or to your target audience.
